Laptop, so after many angry phone calls to robots, my laptop is working agian. accept they didnt send me my battery back with it, and then they sent me the wrong sized battery. I'm still waiting on the right sized battery, but at least its working...

part of the problem is that gateway was just bought out by acer, so now there is alot of confused people who loose stuff and ship the wrong things and i'm glad myh mom knows how to make the robots give the phone to real people.
